QHow long can i expect to wait for my new PC ?

    A. Times can vary depending on the amount of orders we are working on. Please allow 7-10 days, but the majority our systems (excluding custom cooled PCs) will be built, tested and shipped by the 5th working day. Custom cooled PCs will take longer, we strive to build and ship them within 7 working days, please allow 10-12 days

QWhat is involved in the testing of my new PC ?

     A. After the system is built we carry out a set of extensive benchmarks and tests to make sure the system is running  at optimum performance and stability. The CPU and GPU are put under load for upto 24 hours, temperatures are monitored to make sure they stay within set parameters, at the same time graphical and compute performance are checked to make sure no abnormalities occur.

Our custom cooled PCs are tested in the same way, only this time it is done twice. Temperatures and performance are monitored at full load, as is the integrity of the cooling system. The system is then turned off and allowed to cool back down to room temperature a further check of the cooling loop is then carried out. We then repeat the procedure.

QWhat components do you use to build my system ?

     A. We only use parts and components from some of the best names in the industry, currently we use.

         Asus, MSI, Corsair, EVGA, Gigabyte, AMDIntel, Nvidia, Coolermaster, Fractal Design,                                 Seagate, Phanteks, BitFenix, NZXT, AntecSamsung, EKWB, Thermaltake, Kingston,  XFX

         Powercolor, Sapphire

         (this list can be changed at any time)

QCan i swap the case for another on the system i want ?

    A. Yes. If you want one of our systems but would prefer a case from a different one, just let us know and we will happily make the change. If you would like one of our AMD Ryzen 3 PCs but prefer one of the cases in the Intel i3 range (or vice versa) you can simply tell us in the comment box when completing the purchase and we will make the change at no extra cost. If you would like to swap the case from a Ryzen 3 or i3 system to one in the Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7, i5 or i7 ranges there will normally but not always be a small charge to cover the cost of the more expensive case, just let us know before you complete your purchase.

If there is a case you would like that we are not showing, get in touch and we will do our best to get the case you want.

      

QCan i have Anomaly build me a PC with my own specifications

    A. Yes. If you have your own idea of what components you would like for your system, or would like to discuss what system would best suit your needs, let us know and we will happily build it with you.

      

QWhat is the warranty that comes with my purchase.

    A. We offer a collect and return warranty of three (3) years on all of our core Ryzen and Intel systems which includes all parts and labour for the full three (3) years. If you have an issue contact us so we can discuss what to do next, as it may not  be necessary to return the goods. If a return is necessary an authorisation RMA number will be issued, then you are free to ship it back to us. 

Warranties on our custom loop cooled PCs are up to three (3) years, they come with a standard collect and return  2 year warranty. If you return the system to us at the end of the second year so we can inspect, flush and renew the coolant we will extend the warranty for a further year.

*Costs of delivery back to us and cost of new coolant are not covered under the warranty. Labour and return delivery back to the customer is included.

Any peripherals (Keyboards, Mice, external hard drives etc etc) purchased from us come with the specific manufacturers warranty terms unless stated differently by us.

      

QDoes Anomaly offer an upgrade service

    A. Yes. If you have purchased a system from us we offer One labour free upgrade within the warranty period.

Contact us to arrange the upgrade you would like, pay for only the part/parts and shipping back to us.

* Any upgraded parts come with the specific manufacturers warranty.

      

Q. Does Anomaly accept part exchange 

    A. We may consider part exchange on a case by case basis. Get in contact and we can see what we can do.

      

Q. Does Anomaly carry out fault finding, servicing, repairs and upgrades

    A. Yes. We offer Laptop and desktop repairs and servicing along with tablet and phone screen replacement services. You can post to us, or if you are in the North of the Broadland district of Norfolk we can collect and then deliver back to you, or carry out what is required on site depending on whats required.
