These terms and conditions do not affect current consumer statutory rights as contained in legislation governing consumer and business relationships
When placing an order in our store you must be a UK registered card holder and the shipping address must match the card holders address on your first order from us.
We do not sell or ship outside of the UK including to parcel forwarding addresses based in the UK. If you place an order disregarding these terms it will be cancelled and you will be refunded including a possible 3% charge.
All prices listed on this website can be subject to change.
Prices can be revised at anytime prior to dispatch to account for any added costs incurred by the seller.
If a revision takes place the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to continue or cancel the order.

2. Cancellation after dispatch
Consumer contract regulations allow for a cancellation period of Fourteen (14) days, from the receipt of the goods by the consumer. Consumers may return the goods without reason within this period for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumers specifications. All costs of returning, packaging and insuring the goods appropriately until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the consumer.
To cancel the contract under terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the customer must contact us within Fourteen days of receipt of goods by either

The customer is required to return the goods to us before a refund is processed. The consumer will be issued an RMA number for use when returning the items. The goods remain the property of the consumer until received and accepted by us at the return address listed in contact page of website.
All warranties are non transferable
Our computers are hand built from off-the-shelf and custom components. Should one or more components of the computer fail, those particular components will be replaced. If those components for any reason are no longer available, an alternative with the same or very similar specification may be substituted. The customer will be informed as such before any replacement is carried out.
In rare instances where goods are neither repairable nor replaceable, a proportionate refund may be offered.
Any product that needs to be returned to us as faulty should be reported to us via email . An RMA number will then be issued to the customer. Only return items that have been issued an RMA to our address shown in contact section of this website
Once an item is received by us it will be inspected for any transit or user damage, physical/user damage is not covered under any warranty.
Repair/replacement times can vary, if a return to manufacturer is necessary it could be approximately Thirty (30) days. We will always strive to have the product back to you as quickly as possible, and will keep you informed through the entire process.
All products returned to us must be as complete as possible, including all accessories and original packaging where possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss of earnings incurred by the consumer during the repair or replacement period. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure adequate contingencies are in place before returning a product.
There is the possibility of data loss during testing/repair. Before returning any item capable of storing data please ensure that all data stored on it is backed up. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to back up their data.
We will do our utmost to keep to any delivery date, That being said we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the consumer if estimated delivery date is not met.
The seller will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the seller is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the seller's control.
